EDUQAT CHANGES AND TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE POLICY

1. Changes of Subscription Package ("Changes")
   1. The Subscription Period of your Subscription Package will automatically be terminated as soon as You make the Changes, and the Subscription Period for your new Subscription Package will be started from the activation date of the package.
   2. By making Changes, the Subscription Fee that has been paid by You will be calculated on prorated basis. In case there are excess funds after the such calculation, then the funds will be returned to your Account balance.
   3. Funds in your Account balance can not be withdrawn or refunded and shall only be used for payment of a Subscription Package.
   4. You are required to make payment for the Subscription Package that You choose, with amount and term of payment stated on your Account. Your failure to make such payment will result in the temporary or permanent cessation of all or some of the service.
   5. Changes will be resulted in changes of feature(s) that You can use. You must ensure that You are aware of such changes and limitations in the Subscription Package that You use.
2. Termination of Subscription Package ("Termination")
   1. The Subscription Period of your Subscription Package will automatically be terminated upon the Termination. After such Termination, You can not resume the Subscription Period.
   2. Termination will change Your Account status to Free Plan, with limitations as stated on the Website.
   3. If Termination occurs in the middle of Subscription Period, Eduqat will calculate the Subscription Fee that You have paid on a prorated basis to be returned to Your Account balance.
   4. Funds in your Account balance can not be withdrawn or refunded and shall only be used for payment of a Subscription Package.
