Eduqat ("We ") is committed to protecting the personal data of every user ("You") who accesses, visits, and/or uses platform managed by Us ("Platform") to build, design, publish, sell, or purchase training offered through the Platform (“Services”).
The Platform's privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to help You understand how We collect, use and disclose Your information and to inform You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
By visiting the Platform and/or using the Services, You are deemed to have known and agreed to the collection and use of Your personal data by Us and all the provisions as outlined in this Privacy Policy, including any updates or revisions to this Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the terms and condition of use ("Terms of Use")
By approving, You are deemed to have waived Your rights to claims, losses, demands, or lawsuits that may occur for the use of Your data in Our system. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before continuing to access and use the Services.

You certify that You are 21 (twenty-one) years old at a minimum or have been married and not placed under guardianship (“Legal Age”). - interact with Our social media pages, which includes but is not limited to Your social media account ID, profile photo, and/or other data available on Your social media account;
- enter into payment transactions with Us using credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, and/or third-party payment services. For this purpose, We will collect Your Personal Data which includes but is not limited to the billing address, phone number, payment information, including the type of payment card and the last four digits, postal code, country of origin, payment expiration date, and any email addresses used for payments; and
- provide other Personal Data voluntarily to access the Platform and use the Services.

We may collect Your Personal Data automatically when You visit and/or use the Services on Our Platform. Such data includes but is not limited to:
- technical information, including internet protocol address (IP Address), login information, type and version of browser used, operating system, time zone setting, and real-time geolocation;
- visitation info, including the time of Your activities on the Platform, a complete list of URLs visited, data records/logs, a product that You have seen or searched on the Platform transaction data, as well as the phone number or email address You used to contact Our team.

We will provide access to the Personal Data of participants who register for training ("Participant Data") to Our customers who create, provide, upload or send content to the Platform ("Creators") so that Creators can provide Services to Students.
We and the Creators may use Participant Data for our respective business purposes and at any time subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We and the Creators are each responsible for the use of Participant Data. Creators acknowledge and agree that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of the Personal Data they control.
For the purposes as stipulated in the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, We may also disclose Your Personal Data to third parties including but not limited to Our subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies, vendors, business partners, consultants, marketing partners, governments, law enforcer, research institutes, and/or similar service providers in the context of marketing, repairing and optimizing Our Services as well as for other publication activities.
We guarantee that there will be no borrowing, transfer, sale, or distribution of Your Personal Data to third parties outside the purpose of this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy unless requested by the Court or other authorized legal institution in order to comply with legal obligations and applicable laws and regulations.

- You are still a user of the Platform;
- for at least 5 (five) years from the date You stop using the Platform; or
- as long as the use of the Personal Data is still in accordance with the original purpose for which the Personal Data was collected.
- You have the right to change, add, update and/or delete Your Personal Data that is under Our control by submitting an application letter along with the reasons, and valid proof of identity in the form of KTP/SIM/Passport in accordance with Your personal identity on the Platform account. The request can be sent to Our email address or delivered directly to the address We listed in point H of this Privacy Policy
- We will store the Personal Data received in a manner that is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. All information that We store is in the form of encrypted data and We will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of that data. We will keep all Your Personal Data under the following conditions:

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE PLATFORM
- You are responsible for the security of Your account, by maintaining the confidentiality of Your login information in the form of an email and password, as well as other data used to access Your account;
- We are not responsible for the leakage of Personal Data caused by You or third parties;
- We are responsible for the protection and security of Personal Data in Our system, and make every reasonable effort to prevent any failure of Personal Data protection. If there is a failure in such protection, We will notify You in writing within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the failure occurs;
- We are not responsible for the validity, correctness, accuracy, or completeness of the data You provide to Us; and
- We are not responsible for any failure or delay in carrying out the obligations in this Privacy Policy if the failure or delay is caused by force majeure. Force Majeure can be defined as any event that is not caused by the fault or negligence of either Party and occurs outside the control of a particular Party, where either Party is unable to prevent or overcome it, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, wars, riots, demonstrations, sabotage, system failures caused by third parties, banking system failures, or any changes to laws and regulations issued by the Government and may affect Our capacity to enforce this Privacy Policy. If a force majeure occurs, We will notify You in writing within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days after the force majeure occurs.
